90 percent silver 1944 Mercury dime errored weak strike and double die error. Almost uncirculated if not uncirculated error coin. The date is very weak on the last 4 and the other four is very wide with a weak bottom almost filled. The top of the in LIBERTY is not there at all, the rim and surrounding area of the Y is showing no weakness. There is a well-defined eye with an odd shape and also on the nose and lower eye lids areas.

The mouth area looks odd to me, the upper lip appears to be double and more pointed than curved. WE in IN GOD WE TRUST is weak and the E and S.

There is weakness in the word AMERICA and appears to be doubling and flatten look to the lettering in UNITED STATES ONE DIME. I also see some raised areas of the neck at the bottom of the bust and under the jaw next to the wing. Look also at the M and Ein word DIME. Review photos and scans and judge it for yourself. Known date error as far as a weak strike.

This one appears to have more than weakness. Overall other than the weak strike and odd forms it is well defined in the other places, full banded column on the top and bottom with smooth in the middle.
